Alexander Johnstone
Founder & CEO

As Founder & CEO of World Advisory, Alexander Johnstone is responsible for managing the company’s operations as well as overseeing its general direction and growth.

Johnstone founded The World Advisory Company in 2010 in Washington, D.C. as a general management consulting firm for small businesses struggling in the economic recession.

As time progressed, the services evolved to more effectively meet the actual needs of small business owners. Johnstone personally worked with hundreds of small business owners to truly learn what was needed. He even organized and hosted the Small Business Expo of Washington, D.C. twice.

Today, World Advisory has a team of Business Consultants that help people all over the U.S. Johnstone is leading a movement to make starting and growing a business easier and more enjoyable.

Johnstone graduated from Florida State University, where he serves on the Young Alumni Council. He currently lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife Michelle and son Bennett. Lex Johnstone

Erik Mosich
Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer of World Advisory, Erik Mosich is responsible for managing many aspects of the company on a daily basis. He works endlessly to improve efficiency and organization within World Advisory’s structure.

Erik’s dedication, work ethic, and experience is vast with him having held many influential roles across numerous industries, in addition to starting his own bookkeeping firm.

Erik is a US Marine with two letters of appreciation from a two-star Major General and a third from a Colonel for exceptional performance of his duties. He lives in Clearwater, FL in the Tampa Bay area.



Marcus McCoy
Business Consultant

As a Business Consultant for World Advisory, Marcus McCoy works directly with many small business owners to help them succeed and reach their full potential.

Marcus is incredibly talented and brings natural creativity toward strategic marketing and much more. He has several years of experience in starting and growing small businesses and has worked in all types of industries.

Marcus graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. He currently lives in Fairfax, VA with his wife and two sons.


Joey Hoellerer
Business Consultant

As World Advisory’s newest Business Consultant, Joey Hoellerer interacts with numerous small business owners in an effort to advise entrepreneurs on strategic planning and marketing goals.

Joey is also employed at a trade association in Washington, DC and has previously held several positions within the political arena.

Joey graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He currently lives in Arlington, VA.


Elyse Hall
Business Consultant

As a Business Consultant for World Advisory, Elyse will be working with small businesses to help them succeed and achieve their goals.

Her background is in marketing and she has extensive experience with business development, campaign strategy, and event management.

Elyse has a degree in Psychology and Business/Economics from Randolph-Macon College. She currently lives in Leesburg, VA.


Heather Mahoney
Client Relations Manager

Heather Mahoney has 15+ years’ experience in HR and Organizational Management, working primarily in the profit, non-profit and government sectors.

In addition to serving as a Client Relations Manager for World Advisory, she is the Founder of Success Strategies Advisors, Inc., a South Florida-based consultancy dedicated to driving company success to ‘new heights’ by revitalizing their strategic vision and workplace culture.

She is also a Certified Passion Test® for Business Facilitator and regularly uses the Passion Test® — the #1 tool used world-wide to gain clarity on one’s passion or purpose, with her clients.

To this end, she offers workshops for HR professionals and business leaders, as well as for individuals & entrepreneurs in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. A Distinguished Toastmaster, Heather is a passionate about communications.

For the past five years, she has served on the Board of the South Florida Organization Development Network and today acts as its President. She also sits on the African American Advisory Committee in the City of Hollywood.
